Let it be known that Walterus le Cauchois and Albreia his wife have recognized in our presence that they have sold in perpetuity to the reverend father Bernardus, by grace of God the bishop of Amiens, for twelve pounds of rent in Parisian currency each year, to be drawn from a certain house located in the manse of the said bishop beside the house of Lambertus Mercerius, clerk, on the one side, and the former house of Master Renaud the mason, master of the fabric of Saint Mary of Amiens, on the other side...
